Shipping policy
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier.
A note on multi-item orders: Our standard shipping rates are calculated based on a single-mug box. For orders of two or more mugs, actual shipping costs may exceed the rate charged at checkout due to the need for larger or additional packaging. In rare cases where a significant shipping discrepancy occurs, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfillment to discuss adjusted shipping costs.
Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer real-time calculated shipping rates via USPS with the following options:
- USPS Ground Advantage (economy shipping, 3-5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (faster delivery, 1-3 day transit)
*An $8 handling fee is added to cover careful packaging and materials.
International Shipping: We ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
International orders are shipped via:
- DHL eCommerce (economy option, 3-10 day transit)
*An $8 handling fee is added to cover careful packaging and materials.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All duties and taxes for international orders are calculated and collected at checkout. You should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Delivery Time: Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential customs delays for international orders. While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, these are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: Panthertown Studios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
